How to export the accounts someone follows on Instagram

The “Following” list of an account is often more telling than its followers: it shows the brands, creators and peers it pays attention to. Here is how to save it as a spreadsheet.

Krok po kroku

  1. Open the profile on Instagram. In Chrome, logged in to Instagram, open the profile (public, or private if it accepted you).
  2. Click "Export following". Click the Follower Exporter icon and choose "Export following". Tick "Add profile details" (Pro) if you want each account’s bio, followers and category.
  3. Download the list. When it’s done, download Excel, CSV or JSON from the dashboard. Filters work the same as for followers.
