Is tax included in the price?
$24.90 is the price before tax. Our payment provider Polar acts as merchant of record and adds the sales tax or VAT that applies in your country at checkout. You'll see the exact total before paying, and receive a proper invoice.
How do I receive my license key?
Right after payment you're redirected to a page showing your key, with a one-click button to activate it in the extension. You can also find it anytime in your customer portal (linked in your receipt email) or on the License page of this website.
Can I use it on two computers?
A license works on one Chrome profile at a time. Unpair it from the extension or from the license page of this website, then activate it on the other computer, as often as you like.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Email us within 14 days for a full refund.

How do I download all posts from a Facebook group?
Install FB Group Exporter from the Chrome Web Store, open the group on Facebook while logged in, click the extension icon and choose "Download this group". It saves every post, comment and reply automatically, newest to oldest. You can pause, close Chrome and resume later. It continues exactly where it stopped.
Can I export Facebook group posts and comments to Excel?
Yes. Export to CSV and open it in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers: one file for posts (author, date, text, reactions, comment count, link) and one for comments and replies (with the post they belong to).
Does it work with private groups?
It works with any group you can see when you are logged in, including private groups you are a member of. It cannot access groups you are not a member of.
