How does the giveaway picker choose the winner?
When you click Draw, the list of eligible entrants is locked on our server with a SHA-256 fingerprint. The winner is then computed from a public random number published about 30 seconds later by drand (League of Entropy). Nobody, the host included, can choose or predict it.
How can my followers check the draw?
Share the certificate link or its QR code. The certificate shows the winners, the rules, the number of entrants, when the list was locked and the random number used, and each visitor’s browser re-checks the whole draw by itself. Anyone can also type their username to confirm they were in the draw.
Can I run one giveaway across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook?
Yes (Pro). Add an Instagram post, a TikTok and a YouTube video (and Facebook posts) to the same giveaway: there is one draw and one certificate. People who use the same username on several platforms are merged into one entrant, so nobody gets extra chances by commenting everywhere (you can turn that off, or give one entry per post commented on instead).
Does it work with TikTok and YouTube?
Yes. Open the TikTok or YouTube video while logged in and click Load comments: every comment and reply TikTok or YouTube shows is loaded. YouTube only shows approximate dates (“3 days ago”), so deadline rules are precise to the day on YouTube.
Which rules can I set?
Required tags (and specific accounts to tag), bonus entries per extra tag, required words or hashtags, excluded words, minimum comment length, start and end date, whether replies count, the first N entrants only, excluded accounts and past winners. Each excluded comment shows the reason.
Can I export Instagram or Facebook comments to Excel?
Yes. Every comment and reply is saved with the username, name, text, likes, tags and date, and exports to CSV for Excel or Google Sheets, or JSON.
What if the winner doesn’t answer?
Backup winners are drawn at the same time, in order. You can also draw again: the new draw and its reason appear on the certificate, so the giveaway stays transparent.
